Gospel Outreach Adventures in Missions

As we seek to win others to Christ, bearing the burden of souls in our prayers, our own hearts will throb with the quickening influence of God's grace.

There are about 1.3 million Seventh-day Adventists in Brazil. That means the country, which has about the same land size as the contiguous United States and roughly two-thirds the population, has more Adventists than the North American Division does.

Groundwork laid for Gospel Outreach South America

COLLEGE PLACE, Wash.--Please pray for the start up of Gospel Outreach (GO) South America. Ron Fleck, GO president, and Joilo Barbosa, interpreter, recently visited Brazil to share how the South American Division (SAD) might help take the Gospel to the 10/40 Window.

"You don't need to convince me about the benefits of working with Gospel Outreach," said Erton Carlos Kohler, SAD president. "I've been reading Adventures in Missions every month, and I really enjoy it."

"We want to participate in every possible way with your work around the globe," said Edison Choque, head of Global Missions for the SAD.

Plans are now being made for GO and SAD to work together for the advancement of the Gospel in the 10/40 Window.
